Sparkle Products & Services:
Your happiness and satisfaction with these products are the
most important factor to me. If you are not pleased with your
order, I will do whatever it takes to fix it. I am committed
to working with you throughout this entire process to ensure
your total satisfaction. Your order is guaranteed to be 100%
accurate, according to your specifications. Please review
proof carefully to eliminate any possible errors.
I reserve
the right to place an image of your design in my web and print
portfolios. I will always change your phone number and upon
request will also change your name and address if you wish.
Deposits
Once a design has been decided on & your proof has been
approved by you, a 50% deposit is due. It is non-refundable,
but if you decide on something else after approval of your
proof, you may put the deposit toward that order.
Paper,
Cardstock, Envelopes, and Embellishments
Classic Sparkle uses many different, high-quality papers.
Additional vellums, printed papers, and embellishments may
be used and will be different for each order, but all items
used will be of the highest quality. Each invitation is completely
made by hand, and therefore some differences may be apparent
among the items in your order. Sometimes, this may be preferred,
as in a "theme" order, where different colored flowers,
for example, may be used throughout the order.
Blank
envelopes are provided with your order. You may choose white,
ivory, or any other color envelope for your order. You may
choose to have your envelopes addressed to coordinate the
fonts on your announcements or invitations for an additional
fee. Envelope printing includes both mailing and return addresses.
Address lists should be provided via e-mail in Excel or Word.
Price is 30¢ per envelope.
Rush
Orders
Classic Sparkle is happy to accept rush orders (those orders
which will be needed within two weeks.) An additional charge
of $10 for every 25 cards will be added. The designer may
use discretion upon accepting large orders needed quickly.
Sales tax
Sales tax of 4.5% will be added to all orders.
Samples
If you are in the Metropolitan Washington, D.C. area, a complimentary
consultation may be arranged.

Refunds
I hope that you will be completely satisfied with your order.
However, if for some reason you are not, I will be happy to
discuss with you the reasons why. If a refund is desired,
I will take into consideration what supplies have been purchased
specifically for the order, in addition to the amount of time
spent on design and assembly of proof.
Return
Policy (only on Misprinted Items)
Please check your order for accuracy in printing and quantity
as soon as you receive it. If any portion of your order is
misprinted after your final approval (and the misprint is
the responsibility of Classic Sparkle), please let me know
as soon as possible. I will reprint the erroneous items and
and ship them to you 2nd Day shipping at no cost. All errors
must be reported to me within 30 days of receiving the order.
If the
misprint was not the fault of Classic Sparkle, I will reprint
it for 10% off that item.
Order
Cancellation
All order cancellations are subject to a $25.00 cancellation
fee after the proof has been approved and deposit has been
made.
